1. Order Cancellation

Requests to cancel an order should be submitted to KazTransGaz LLP as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order, production or processing requirements, transportation arrangements and the terms agreed upon in the applicable contract.

Where an order has already been processed, dispatched or committed to transportation, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable contractual costs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where:

• A payment has been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled by KazTransGaz LLP.
• A refund is specifically provided for under the applicable supply or sales agreement.
• An approved product or service claim results in a refund being required.
• An overpayment or duplicate payment has been confirmed.

All approved refunds are subject to verification of the relevant transaction and contractual terms.

3. Product Quality Claims

KazTransGaz LLP maintains quality controls throughout petroleum processing, product handling and distribution.

If a customer believes that a delivered product does not conform to the agreed specifications, the customer should notify us promptly and provide the relevant order, delivery and quality documentation.

Claims may be reviewed against the applicable product specifications, quality certificates, delivery documentation and contractual requirements. Where necessary, additional verification or independent testing may be requested.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be available for:

• Changes in market prices after an order has been confirmed.
• Customer-requested changes made after processing or dispatch.
• Delays or additional costs caused by customer-provided information or instructions.
• Products accepted in accordance with the agreed specifications and contractual terms.
• Orders where contractual payment or cancellation conditions have not been satisfied.

5. Transportation & Delivery

Where transportation has already been arranged or completed, transportation and related charges may be treated separately from the product price and may be subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Any claim relating to delivery, quantity, documentation or product condition should be communicated promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, KazTransGaz LLP will process it using the applicable payment method or another method agreed with the customer.

The processing period may depend on the customer’s financial institution, payment provider and the nature of the transaction.

7. Contractual Terms

Where a signed sales, supply, transportation or other commercial agreement exists, the refund and cancellation provisions contained in that agreement will apply to the relevant transaction.

This Refund Policy should therefore be read together with the applicable commercial contract and other agreed terms.
